The Unitarian Universalist Association has criticized the legal fiction of "
corporate personhood" as part of its social and economic justice work. Some of this was covered in the
May/June 2003 issue of
UU World.
Another non-UU resource related to this issue is the book
Gangs of America: The Rise of Corporate Power and the Disabling of Democracy by
Peachpit Press founder
Ted Nace. You can
download this book free from the author's website as a free Adobe Acrobat PDF.

Would that mean a zero corporate tax rate? That's always made sense to me... tax rich people instead of corporations which invest and create jobs.
If they're not persons seems to make even more sense.
